It was such an easy process, and Damien was very thorough, which is what we needed. The questionnaire we both went through really gave us a good understanding, covering the home adaptions we needed now and for the future (our Occupational Therapist) was also included.

It is one thing to get the idea to sell your house, but then reality of getting it ready was certainly another kettle of fish, all together. OMG WHERE TO START!!! Working full time and with kids in toe, we worked closely with Damo and the agent and what we thought would be an impossible mission became reality very quickly, his style tips were straight from one of his 5 star hotels (if only we had him when we first moved in lol) The best part is, now when we move we are pretty much sorted and organised - two benefits for the price of one!!! Win Win!!

When we first decided to rent our property on AirBNB, we thought how hard could this be, everyone does it!!! Wrong, it is quite a process and because we want to use it still on occasions which made it even harder. Damien certainly shows his years of running hotels the easy way to go about it, and not only is it easy to clean, we kept some storage areas for our own stuff so we didn't have to cart everything back and forth.

I have known Damien for a long time, and when he came to build a beautiful decking style ramp, it gave me motivation to start doing more so I could use the holiday house more. We are decluttering, making accessible areas and the best part at my pace!!
